At BADMINTON-CLICK, we always strive to deliver products safely and as quickly as possible within Dhaka and across the country. Many of our products are delivered to valued customers within 24 hours. We kept delivery charge Simple and easy for our customer's convenience.

Product Delivery/Shipping

We deliver orders anywhere in Bangladesh.

Standard delivery time: 3 to 5 working days.

Flat Delivery charge (anywhere in Bangladesh): BDT 60.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for almost all products on BADMINTON-CLICK for delivery in Dhaka and across the country.

Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing the highest level of customer support, offering easy return, replacement, and refund options for products that, for some reason, did not meet expectations. Returns, replacements, and refunds are available under the following conditions:

When can you claim a return or refund?

Delivery of the wrong product: If the product received is not what you ordered or does not match the description provided on our website.

Manufacturer defects: If the product has a defect caused by the manufacturer.

Missing parts or accessories: If the product arrives incomplete.

How to return, replace, or claim a refund?

Contact us via phone, Facebook, WhatsApp, or email, and notify us of the return or refund issue with your order number.

Mention a valid reason (as outlined above) for the return or refund request.

We provide a 7-day return and replacement facility, meaning the product must be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Products must be returned to the BADMINTON-CLICK office or through Pathao Courier.

Important Information

Please check your products in front of riders or courier service agents to avail of return, replacement, and refund facilities.

Customers will bear the delivery cost for returning products for refunds or replacements.

BADMINTON-CLICK will not cover any service charges deducted by banks or third-party payment providers during online transactions when refunding money.

To qualify for a full refund, customers must return the product in good condition to our address.

Replacements are subject to the availability of the product on BADMINTON-CLICK.

For damage-related issues, proof is required to confirm that the damage occurred during manufacturing. An unboxing video is mandatory in this case.

Online transaction refunds may take time due to third-party processing. However, we will initiate the refund as quickly as possible.

Return/replacement may not apply in the following cases:

Damages caused by misuse of the product.

Incidental damage due to product malfunction.

Consumable items that have been used or installed.

Failure to return the product within 7 days of purchase.

Returning a product without original packaging, accessories, or manufacturer’s packaging.
